The club is situated in Llanilltud Faerdref Primary School, with exclusive use of a classroom, known as 'Llair Y Ddraig,' during operating hours. It also has daily access to 'The Cove,' the hall, and a secure outdoor area with free-flowing access from the classroom to the outdoor space. Occasionally, the hall and outdoor area are used for extracurricular activities, allowing children to join these activities and then return to the club afterward. It caters for children aged 3 to 12 years, as outlined in the admissions policy. Registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), the club can accommodate up to 32 children.

The club provides a child-led environment, catering to the social, physical, intellectual, creative, and emotional needs of each child while respecting their individuality.

 

A broad range of activities is available, planned activities are available daily while maintaining opportunities for free play. Children are actively involved in planning and evaluating activities, as well as suggesting ideas for purchasing equipment.

Snacks and drinks are provided during sessions, in line with the club’s healthy eating policy, and tailored to meet the dietary requirements specified on each child's registration form.
