The club, located in Bryn Primary School, utilises the nursery classroom, which includes a spacious open area, a sensory room, and a snack preparation zone. It also offers access to a large outdoor space.

The club welcomes children aged 3 to 12 years who attend Bryn Primary School, as outlined in the admissions policy. It is registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and accommodates up to 32 children.

With a child-led approach, the club meets children's social, physical, intellectual, creative, and emotional needs while recognising their individuality. ​A diverse range of activities are available, and the team collaborates with the school to align themes and planning for a seamless experiences. Children are actively encouraged to contribute to the planning and evaluation of activities, as well as to share ideas for equipment purchases.

Healthy snacks and drinks are provided during sessions, adhering to the club’s healthy eating policy and accommodating dietary needs specified in each child's registration form.
